High B-flat / A-sharp fingering
Half thumb + holes 1–2, 4–6
- Keep the back thumb hole pinched (leave about 1/4 open).
- Cover left-hand holes 1 and 2.
- Cover right-hand holes 4, 5 and 6.
- Keep the remaining finger holes open.
